Local Australian Buyer

Prior to purchase , please take your time to read the fine print to avoid the confusion/dispute after the sale. We are very happy to explain to you if you are in doubt because we wanted to make sure our customer is 100% happy with us.

  • All shipments and handling are FREE for Australia wide unless otherwise stated. We use Courier/Express/Registered Delivery depending on the area
  • Please note that:
  • Orders are processed within 1 - 3 working days of receiving cleared payment plus Normal delivery lead time is 3 - 5 working days for most regional areas provided there are no unexpected circumstances such as courier delay.
  • Delivery could take a little longer for rural areas (Out Of delivery Area). We do not send to PO BOX therefore please provide physical address.
  • Shipping insurance is highly recommended for your peace of mind
  • During periods of high demand we may run out of stock in Melbourne. In order to avoid delay, we will pay the extra postage costs to have your item sent from our international logistic center in Hong Kong. Specifications of the camera package will be exactly the same as per the Ad and the warranty is still valid in Australia.

International Buyer

  • Duty and Tax may be applicable, which buyer might pay. Please ensure to check the customs requirements before purchasing.
  • Delivery will vary depending on the region. As a rule of thumb, please allow 5 – 10 working days for delivery via courier from our HK logistic center.
