If you are not satisfied you may request to return the item(s) for refund or exchange within 7 days from the date you bought the item subject to the following conditions.

• Items must be in original condition with the product packaging, booklets/manuals, swing tags, labels and all other accessories included.
• The item/s are NOT opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in re-saleable condition when we receive them.
• In case of return, shipping fees that we paid to courier is not refundable. This may range from AU$30 to AU$70 depending on the goods purchased plus re-stocking fees
