eezy toys accept payment via:

We do not charge a surcharge for any payment method.


After you purchase any item, payment information will be automatically sent to you.


Please ensure you include your FULL NAME in the description field so we can trace the payment to your purchase. We will have no way of tracing your payment and delays will result.

We offer the following local delivery options:

  1. FREE Standard Post - The economical option. Standard post is only tracked internally.
  2. Express Post - When you want the item yesterday - includes tracking number.

For quickest delivery, eezy empire recommends Express Post. Charges are flat rate across Australia.


Postage:

We will replace or refund you in full once it is confirmed by Australia Post that your package has been lost.

We follow Australia Post's investigation process, which can take up to 10 working days for full resolution.


Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase, as Ebay only retains your information for a limited amount of time


Standard Post

Expected delivery timeframe – 2-7 working days. Delivery in Metro Areas is generally very close to the 2 day timeframe.


Express Post

Expected delivery timeframe – 1-2 working days

Terms

Ordering and Delivery

  • All listings are GST inclusive. TAX receipts can be provided on request.
  • Our delivery charges (even when its free) includes the cost of actual postage, packaging/materials and a handling fee.
  • We carefully package each item to ensure its safe arrival. Claims of posted items being lost or damaged during delivery will only be accepted if registered post was chosen and paid for.
  • Shipping information must be correctly filled out by our customers whenever required during checkout. We take no responsibility for delivery problems resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

Payment and Security of your Credit Card Details

  • Credit Card payments are processed online via Paypal.
  • To ensure your security, we do not hold any credit card information – this is all done using Paypal's online payment gateway.
  • We do not accept personal cheques or money order.

Item Representation

  • All product images are typical. Toys may vary from the images displayed.


Returns Policy

  • All item claims should be made within 7 days of receipt of your product.
  • All returns must be pre-approved via email.

  • Change of Mind and swap
    • The Toys must be sealed and in perfect condition.
    • Eezy Toys will charge a restocking and handling fee of $7.

  • Incorrect Items Received
    • Whilst this is not a usual occurrence, it has happened in the past.
    • We will arrange to get it back at our cost and send you your correct toys.

  • Faulty Items
    • Returns are for defective products only.
    • All returned products will be assessed prior to a decision being made.
    • If the item is faulty, we will post a replacement.
    • If a replacement is unavailable, we will fully reimburse the customer.
    • If the item is not faulty, it will be sent back at the customer's expense and no reimbursement will be offered.
    • Eezy Toys records the condition of items before they are sent out. Items that are claimed to be faulty and, when returned, exhibit damage incurred while in the customer's possession, will simply be sent back.
    • Any claims by customers that such damage was caused during postage (initial or return) will only be considered if the item was sent via an registered service. Express Post does not include such protection.
