TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. You can reach customer service on ebay messaging system should you have any questions or address confirmation.

2. All merchandise is BRAND NEW FACTORY SEALED. We guarantee all merchandise against DOA (Dead on Arrival). We allow up to 14 days after receipt of goods for exchange of defective merchandise. All Returns must be returned as you originally received your package... inlcuding  manuals, cords, packing, and styrofoam supports, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We DO NOT provide refunds under any circumstance including buyer's remorse. Please research the product you are purchasing and make sure it is, but not limited to, the correct size, volume, amount, appearance, model, and brand that you want. Should a defective item need to be returned for exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

3. Absolutely no modifications, adjustments or changes to your paypal address unless you contact us via eBay mail. These requests need to be handled on a personal, item by item, one on one basis. Thank you for your understanding.

***Special Note-Buyer will be responsible for any item charge, shipping charge, return fee, and/or handling charges where this condition is not met, and there are charges and/or a loss.

4. Buyer is responsible to have and maintain their own mail receptacle. Any damage from and/or the item missing from, the receptacle after delivery to the buyers' receptacle is the responsiblity of the buyer.

5. Each Customer is liable and responsible for their own local government, and/or customs charges on each shipment, ElectronicsProShop is not responsible or liable for each customers local custom charges. All US taxes have been paid for international shipments.

6. Our Preferred Method of Payment is Paypal. We can also process Visa, Mastercard, and Discover upon request.

7. All items we sell are 100% BRAND NEW RETAIL SEALED, NOT REFURBISHED, never used, never opened.

8. Shipping and Handling are NOT Refundable.

9. US SHIPPING INFORMATION:

11. Buyer to pay for shipping, handling and insurance. Buyer pays the fixed shipping charge as listed in the auction. The domestic charges are for USPS shipping to the continental US, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska, USPS is used to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.  Items ordered before 11 AM Pacific Time, will ship the same day.

12. Any sales with FREE SHIPPING are assumed to be in the continental USA ONLY and do not include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, or International destinations. We do not ship UPS to any destination outside of the continental USA except Canada. All International shipments, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam are USPS shipping Only.

Any Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam shipments will not use UPS, as it is price prohibitive, instead you can ask for USPS shipping prices.  . We try to process and ship all orders within 24 hours after receiving payment. You will receive an email with tracking information so you can track your shipment.

13. We leave feedback as soon as your item has been paid in full. We respond to all feedback issues. Should a problem arise with your order, please contact us before leaving feedback. We strive to keep all of our customers satisfied. If we do not respond, we may not be getting your emails or you may not be getting ours. Please be aware that if you have an AOL email you most likely will not get our emails because of the spam filters that accompany AOL accounts.

14. You are buying on only what is in the description and what is pictured in the photos, unless stated otherwise. If it is not listed in the description or package item list and you do not see it in the photos provided then it is not included. Some pictures were taken from the earlier version of the product and do not correspond to the latest version of the product

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

15. ElectronicsProShop and its employee's do not provide technical support, service, or advise on compatibility issues.

16.  All technical questions, compatibility with your current hardware or software, and installation procedures are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

17. Due to inventory issues beyond our control, some items will go on backorder from time to time. All items are restocked on a regular basis and the wait time will be minimal before replacement inventory arrives, we do apologize, but it is a fact of business.

18. Unconfirmed Address/International Address: International buyers please go to official paypal email address, and reply to the email sent to verify against fraud.
