Rest assured all our items go through a vigorous quality control system before dispatching your order. In line with our honest approach to doing business and for your peace of mind we publish all the technical specifications of our items in each listing including the material, weight and dimensions so you know exactly what you are buying.

In the rare event that you are not satisfied our hassle free return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and also be in the original packaging. Certain components such as clasps and earring hooks are particularly delicate. You acknowledge that our products require special care and storage and we cannot accept returns caused from mistreatment or neglect of our products. Please contact us before returning your item so we can guide you through the returns process. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account.
