I do accept returns but if ordered incorrectly there will be a 20% percent restocking fee unless we decide to do an exchange so please be honest in the new ebay return process explaining if you ordered wrong, if the item was not as described or if it was damaged. Not doing this process will result in you being blocked from all future purchases.
Shipping & Payment
We use USPS First Class Mail for the majority of our shipping in the U.S. and international. There is no tracking for international first class mail. If you want tracking you will have to request express mail. First class mail is still the cheapest way to ship and a customs label number will be uploaded. International packages can take between two to twelve weeks to arrive. This is a customs issue rather than an USPS issue in your country. Please keep this in mind, especially when leaving feedback. If for some reason you don't receive your package, email us immediately. We insure most packages.
