- If you bid on any of our auctions, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
- The successful bidder must complete the sales transaction within 5 working days from the date of the receipt email notification, acknowledging the sale.
- All item prices include GST.
- We will contact the winning bidders via e-mail within 24 hours after the auction has ended.
- We endeavour to provide clear descriptions of all our items. While we take great care to avoid mistakes, any errors or omissions regarding the item details is unintentional.
- All pictures displayed in our auctions/buy it now, are for illustration purposes only.
- We reserve the right to cancel/end the auction earlier.

The postage is stated in the individual auction or ad. If you win or buy one or more items we are happy to combine postage. The cost is only AU$3.00 for each additional item. Postage discounts are always calculated based on the first highest postage price, then followed by $3.00 for each additional item(s).
International Buyers

In Australia all items are delivered by Express Post

We only use Australia’s Express Post service to deliver your item. No other services are available.
- Insurance is included in the price of postage.
- Parcel tracking is available online: http://www.austpost.com.au/track/
- Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service is only available to post codes specified by Australia Post that are within the Express network. Click here to see if your delivery postcode is eligible.
- Postcodes that fall outside of the Express network are still delivered Express however there is no guarantee.
- All postage prices quoted in our listings are flat rate Australia wide and include packing materials and handling fees. Please note that our prices are final and are not negotiable.
- Sorry but we don’t operate a store front for public access, therefore pick up of items is not available.

- We just love to leave positive feedback for all our buyers and we hope you’ll do the same. When your new purchase arrives at your door please inspect it and make sure you got exactly what you paid for. If all is well, please take a moment and leave us some positive feedback.

- If however you feel that the item is different from what you ordered, if it arrived damaged, or if you are not satisfied with the item for any reason, please contact us before leaving neutral or negative feedback. Your complete satisfaction is critical to our business, so if you have any issues at all, we’ll fix them pronto!
- In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied and you leave negative feedback before an attempt is made to resolve the problem, we reserve the right to accept the negative feedback as the final resolution and a return will no longer be accepted.
Returns Policy
At fancy free costume co, we see you as a VIC (very important customer). We want you to thoroughly enjoy your new costume so much, that you’ll want to recommend our online store to all your friends and family. So, in good faith, we’re happy to offer you a no fuss refund policy for all unworn items in the unlikely event that you’re dissatisfied with your purchase. If the item is unworn and in its original packaging, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the postage costs if the return is a result of our error eg: you received an incorrect or a defective item.
Unfortunately if any returns have missing items or don’t come back with the original packaging, we will not be able to provide a refund.
So, if you feel you want to return an item, simply contact us though email. We will discuss the issue with you and notify you of your entitled refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
