Shipping is free for Australian Customers. We ship all costumes via Australian Air Express and some smaller accessories via Australia Post.
All costumes are sent with a tracking number, which can be used for tracking at www.aae.com.au. Tracking details will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped.
Orders under $50 may not require a signature upon delivery. In some cases if you are not home to accept delivery the driver will leave a card advising you of further re-delivery or pickup options. The postage cost includes 2 attempted deliveries for most orders and will then be returned to sender. If your item is returned to sender we will have to charge a re-delivery fee if you wish the item to be delivered again.
International Shipping
Please note at this time we do not offer International shipping.
How long until my order will arrive?
Please note the Delivery Estimate stated for each listing. The earliest date we can deliver your item is the first date listed.
Eg., Delivery:
Estimated between Mon. 28 May. and Wed. 30 May. So for this listing, Monday 28 May is the absolute earliest we can guarantee delivery.
To avoid disappointment when ordering, please note that we cannot deliver your item BEFORE the first date stated in the listing. Please call us on 1300 558 110 with any queries.
Most items are held in stock at our supplier warehouses. We import most of our range from leading suppliers and brands from the USA and Australia. Most items take 4-5 business days to arrive at our distribution centre in Australia, and are then shipped directly to you via Australian courier or postal services (see above).
