Note: Please read the following agreement before bidding on our items. Most of this restates what is mentioned on each item description and we want to ensure that you are aware of our policies before bidding.
Most orders are completed in about 4-6 weeks from the day we received the completed order forms and payment. Please note that we can not start on your dresses until the order is fully paid for. Orders completed earlier than projected will be sent out earlier.
Color & Fabric
We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper fabric care after delivery. We highly recommend you to take your dress to the professional evening wear specialist dry cleaner to press the dress. Please note that colors might appear various depending on different computer monitors. Also the dye lot or color of the finished dresses may vary somewhat from fabric swatches. Please order all items together, as it is very difficult to match dye lot for additional ones.
For domestic buyers, your dresses will usually be shipped via express (2-3 business days) or registered post (3-6 business days). For international buyers, your dresses will be shipped via airmail and AU$10 insurance is required for all international shipments; we are not responsible for any item damaged or lost in mail. We will provide a tracking number after shipping via message.
Size & Measurement
Please refer to our Size Chart to determine your dress size if you would like to order a dress in standard size. To achieve a perfect fit, some alterations should be expected. We are not responsible if an incorrect size is ordered. If your measurements indicate different sizes for the bust, waist, and hip measurements, we generally suggest ordering according to the largest measurement. Gowns can be taken-in, but due to the modest seam allowance in the gowns, there may not be enough fabric to release to the size needed. For made to measure dresses, please take measurements accurately against our measurement guide.
We strive to exceed your expectation with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase and the dress is in standard size, we offer store credit to exchange gown excluding postage and handling. Credit is only valid for 30 days from the date we received the return.
You also could return it for a refund. A 25% restocking fee will be charged. AU$20 minimum fee per item. Postage is non-refundable.
- No refund will be issued for custom made gowns unless it is flawed or incorrect made
- No refund will be issued for altered, used or damaged items
- Buyers are responsible for all shipping return/exchange fee
If there is any problem, please email/message us within 3 days after you receive the item. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse service to you.
