Back in ’06, a single overriding principle guided our launch: we would create the Australian fragrance store we wanted, one that makes it easy for customers to find the perfect fragrance at the right price.
We built an expansive network of industry contacts and sourced hundreds of exotic designer fragrances you couldn’t find elsewhere in the Australian market. Launching with over 300 product lines, we brought a lot to the table – but we knew we needed to pay close attention to our customers; to grow and evolve alongside them.
So we opened our proverbial doors… and everybody’s expectations were exceeded.

Today, we’re proud to count over 3,000 products – all of which match that description and most of which are unique in the Australian market – in our ever-growing lineup.
You also made sure we knew you were exclusively interested in the real deal: authentic designer fragrances from around the world, sealed in their original retail packaging, and that you wanted fast, no-nonsense shipping for every purchase.

Each order ships from our Melbourne distribution centre, where we maintain a constantly-updated inventory to put even the most exotic order on your doorstep quickly and safely.

We usually ship out order within the same day as the day payment is received unless payment is received after 2.00 pm where item will be ship on the next business day.
We do not ship item on Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday.
Transit time depending on destination: 1 to 5 working days
It may takes 1-2 days to deliver to major metropolitan areas. In our experience 98% customers received item within 2 days. However it is quoted by Australian Post that the service time may vary between 1 to 5 days.
All package must be signed for, it is cannot be left unattended location, even at your request. If no one at the delivery address is available to sign for the package, a card will be left to inform you which post office is holding your package for collection.
If your item has not arrived within the expected time, the notification card may be misplaced. You can either ask your local post office or contacting us, we will more than happy to help you in this matter.
Any item purchased from Feeling-Sexy is guaranteed brand new and free of defects. If you are unhappy or not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for any reason.
All returned item must be in acceptable condition (product has not been opened and seals have not been broken). All defective items may be exchanged for the exact same item or for a full refund. Please contact us before returning any item.
No returns are accepted after 30 days of purchase date.
