From there, they will be carried on by registered post to your home or work address. Change of Address
When you pay for your order delivery instructions are immediately sent to our international warehouse for processing. Once this occurs we will not be able to change the delivery address for your order. Please ensure that your eBay address is correct before you complete the eBay checkout process and pay for your order. We are not responsible for delivery of orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address provided to us by eBay through the checkout process.

Return to Sender Parcels
If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details or any other reason (such as failure to collect the parcel from your local post office) we will contact you to organise redelivery of your order once your parcel has been returned to our warehouse. Please note you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.

Return to sender parcels can take up to 2 months to be returned to our warehouse depending on the postal service in the destination country so please ensure that your address details are correct before paying for your order.

Taxes and Duties
Any import taxes or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser, however, the majority of countries, particularly U.S.A., Australia, Japan and Korea generally do not charge customs duty on small packages dispatched by air post. Returns

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products

Please note that we may request a photograph of the product to hasten the approval of a refund or replacement.

Return of Fragrances
Many postal services (including Australia Post) do not allow the transportation of fragrances through their network so please order your product carefully.

Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer however these charges will be reimbursed for incorrect, defective or damaged products. Other claims for a reimbursement of return shipping charges will be considered by our Customer Service Representatives on a case-by-case basis.
