This is a very dishonest buyer. He knew the item would be in good condition when it arrived. The serious damage was due to his improper installation. The photo showed that the buyer even re-pasted the double-sided tape himself to pretend that it was new and had never been installed. Please be careful with this buyer. he will cheat you.
