At GAZMAN, we endeavour to make shopping online on our eBay store as simple and convenient as possible which is why you’ll find a list of answers to the most frequently asked questions. If you don’t find the answer to your question below, feel free to write us a message.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

If your order is over AUD$100 and going to an Australian address it will be shipped free. However, if it’s under AUD$100 you will be charged a AUD$10 shipping fee. New Zealand orders over AUD$150 will be shipped free of charge and orders under AUD$150 will incur a AUD$20 shipping fee.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Can I pay for express delivery?

Unfortunately we currently only have the standard shipping option available.

How do I track the delivery of my parcel?

Once your order is dispatched for delivery you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number. You can track the delivery status of your parcel by visiting the Australia Post website and entering your tracking number.

Once this tracking number is received you can manage your delivery options directly with Australia Post through your MyPost account or by calling Australia Post on 13 POST (13 7678).

What will happen if I am not home when my order is delivered?

To ensure the parcel arrives safely in your hands you will need to sign for your parcel when it gets delivered to the specified address. We can deliver to your workplace or any other address that is convenient for you, so make sure you use the best delivery address for your order to avoid delays in getting your package.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a notice in your mailbox advising of the post office pick up location. Your package will be kept at the post office for 10 business days before it is returned to GAZ MAN’s warehouse.

What do I do if my item(s) arrived damaged?

If you believe your items have a manufacturing fault, we would like to hear from you. Please contact our customer service team on 1300 987 289 or write us a message to discuss your concerns and we will do our best find a suitable solution in either repairing or replacing the item.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Can I return my online order for a refund or exchange?

How do I return an item for a refund or exchange?

Goods must be returned in original condition with the tags still attached with proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. You are required to return the products to us by post, along with the original packing slip and the returns form with the relevant section completed to the address below:

You are responsible for the cost of the returned order to us. To ensure that the item arrives in its original condition, it is important that the parcel is packaged up well enough to protect the item. We commend you obtain proof of postage and keep this so you can track your return.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

We aim to process refunds and exchanges within 3 days from the date of receipt. We’ll send you an email once it has been processed, but please allow 4-5 business days for the refund to show in your account. It may take longer to process during sale periods.

PRICING

I previously saw and/or purchased an item at a lower price, can you honour this?

GAZMAN regularly holds sales, promotions and clearance events, therefore changes can and will change from time to time. We are not obligated to honour previous prices. Once an order has been placed, we will not be able to make any amendments to the order.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept payments via PayPal. Please note, you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay for your order – VISA, Master Card and American Express payments can be processed through PayPal.

GAZ CLUB

I am a GAZ Club member, can I use my membership to shop with GAZMAN on eBay?

Unfortunately, GAZMAN’s eBay store operates separately to our online store and retail store network. As such, your membership is not valid for orders placed on GAZMAN’s eBay store.

GAZMAN STORE CREDIT NOTES & GIFT CARDS

Can I use a GAZMAN store credit or gift card to shop as forms of payment when shopping with GAZMAN on eBay?

Unfortunately GAZMAN store credit notes or gift cards cannot be redeemed when shopping on GAZMAN eBay.
