1.shipping address
We only ship to the confirmed address provided by paypal. Before you bid and pay, please make sure your address in paypal matches the address you would like us to ship to. If your paypal adress is not right , please email me when you pay .
2.Handle time
We will usually ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment (except weekends and holiday)
3.Combine shipping
From second item you ordered (not including free shipping item) 20% will be discounted off.
For example: if you bought 4 items,the single original postage for them is $2.00,$3.99,$6.00 ,free shipping .
The combined shipping/handling fee discount is : ( $2.00+$3.99+$6.00 ) x 20%= $2.4.
4.Shipping time
IF your order is less than $100, item will be shipped via airmail or usps, It usually takes 12-22 working days to reach most countries, but in some rare circumstances or a custom delay it may take longer.
IF your order is more than $100,item will be shipped via EMS or DHL,just need 3~7 days will can arrive . (you don't need pay any extra fee ,but this policy only apply to following countries: Australia, USA, UK, and most European countries, for detail information, please kindly contact me.
5.custom delay or tax
We are unable to take any responsibility for any custom delay or tax. Reason is because transit time is highly depended and provided by Postal Service (except weekends and holidays)
Two points for clarification:
1. Shipping and handling charge: some buyers might think it is high. But the fact is NOT, we charge you basing on the actual shipping cost,handling,processing,and packaging of items .
2. Shipping time: because you bought the item from China, it needs time to ship and the duration on its way to you is out of control. What under our control is that we will ensure ship the item within 1-2 days as described in item listing.
