We will guarantee that our product on offer is the LOWEST on eBay.com.au for:
1. Any BUY IT NOW price on eBay (plus postage).
2. Competing item must be available at time of offer.
3. Item must be of comparable quality (i.e. Brand New and Sealed)
4. Item must be listed on eBay.com.au
5. Item CAN be a sale item!
Should our price not be cheaper, please contact us and we will GUARANTEE to beat it by at LEAST 10%.

iCollected currently only accepts: PayPal and Australian Bank Deposit. Credit card payments are accepted via PayPal.|
Payments are expected within 7 days of purchase, unless otherwise permitted. Please let us know if you expect that payments will be delayed.
Money Order may be accepted in $AUD. Buyers should contact us BEFORE purchasing for further details.

iCollected offers a 14 day money back guarantee should you not be 100% happy with the purchase. Returned products must be in original packaging, where applicable, or in original condition as when it was received. iCollected retains the right to deny refunds should any terms not be fulfilled. Return costs is at the expense of the buyer. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.|
Should an item be different to what was advertised/described, please contact us to arrange return. In these instances, if the item was indeed different from what was described, we will compensate return costs and offer a replacement, or, in the case that a replacement is not available, a full refund including your original paid postage. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

iCollected GUARANTEES that your order will be packed and shipped on the same day if:
- The order was placed before 11:59 AM AEST
- On the order day in question, the Post Office must be open.
- The order must not be a Pre-order sale or a special fulfilled order.
If iCollected fails to post your order and all criteria are met as stated above, we will refund you fully and the full order is yours for FREE.
Refund will be given within 24 hours. The maximum compensated value is $500.00 AUD. Should an order be greater than $500.00 AUD. You will receive a $500.00 refund and your full order will be shipped as soon as possible.

Should your order not arrive within 10 days (Australia) or 21 days (international), please contact us so we can assist you with a resolution.

Postage costs are stated on each item listing. Should postage costs stated on the eBay “postage” section differ from the postage costs as quoted in the description, postage costs stated on eBay will override any costs quoted in the description.|
iCollected reserves the right to change your selected postage to one of higher value should we deem it necessary. If iCollected decides to upgrade your shipping method, you will not need to pay the difference.

If you wish to buy an item for a lower value or believe that the item is too expensive, feel free to give us an offer for review. iCollected does not have to disclose its reasons for accepting or declining an offer.|

|iCollected reserves the right to cancel a transaction if the listing was miss-priced or miss-described. All cancellation will fall within eBay’s Policy, otherwise the buyer/seller contract still holds.|

iCollected will always leave an honest positive feedback if the customer purchases and pays for an order. This still holds even if there is a dispute between the buyer and seller, which results in the buyer leaving us a negative feedback. iCollected does not believe in leaving retaliatory feedbacks.|
