iCollected offers a 14 day money back guarantee should you not be 100% happy with the purchase. Returned products must be in original packaging, where applicable, or in original condition as when it was received. iCollected retains the right to deny refunds should any terms not be fulfilled. Return costs is at the expense of the buyer. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Should an item be different to what was advertised/described, please contact us to arrange return. In these instances, if the item was indeed different from what was described, we will compensate return costs and offer a replacement, or, in the case that a replacement is not available, a full refund including your original paid postage.
