PLEASE NOTE: Australia Post Christmas Season Delays have started earlier than expected Please allow sufficent time for your order to arrive eg 2-15 days rural areas may take longer, please consider this when placing an order.

 

WHERE DO YOU SEND TO?

Currently we post within Australia only. Please ensure that your postal address is updated in your Ebay and/or Paypal account.


WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?

If your order is not received within the expected time frame (please allow up to 14 working days), please email us through eBay.


Do you ship to international address?

Currently we only ship within Australia.


How are the items delivered?

The item is shipped via Australia Post, Fastway or Allied Express, according to the size and weight of the item. Small items are posted via unregistered regular Australia Post please allow up to 21 days for item to arrive, items usually arrive with 2-7 days on average however in some cases up to 3 weeks via Aus Post.

Larger Items are posted via Registered Aus Post Please allow up to 2-7 days on average your item will be received within 2 days from handling time.


How can I cancel my order?

Please note that we can only cancel your order if the item has not been dispatched from our warehouse. As we operate a fast and automated dispatching system, but need time to respond to your message, we can only do our best to help.


When will the item be dispatched?

Most items will be dispatched the very next day after full payment is received.


Undeliverable Packages

In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email.


Inaccurate address

If there are any address discrepancies with your order the product is returned us, a customer care team
member will be in touch. A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us.


Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt

If no one is present when the order arrives and it is being delivered by Australia Post, a notification will be left in the mail box for you to pick 
up your parcel in your local Post Office.


Rejected by Receiver

If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if parcel has to be resent.


The expected time delivery given is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various
reasons. If you do not receive your item within 14 business days, please contact our customer service team.
