  A: Yes, all our products are sold with Australian plug, if you your item came with another plug it is probably a fault. please email us from ebay system and we will be happy to assist you.
 Q: Do you send the item by Registered Post?
  A: Yes, most of our items been sent by Australia post, Registered post with tracking numbers and Signature unless said other wise in the item postage description. Some items will be sent by standard post to reduce cost which won't be trackable, please see postage option b4 buying.
