I’d like to know something about a part you have available or more information on my order
For all enquiries relating to orders or parts, please feel free to send us a message over ebay, an email to our account at support@kickstartmoto.com.au or give us a call on 0437 678 907 (10AM-4PM AEST) We promise to have a reply to you within 24 hours.

How will my order be sent?
All orders are processed using Express Post eParcel where possible. This ensures we have full tracking and overnight delivery to metropolitan cities, those living outside of major metropolitan cities will usually receive their orders within 3 business days.
All orders will be sent “Authority-to-Leave” – this means if you are not home at the time of delivery the mail man will place your parcel in a secure location near your front door.

How does it take for you to ship my order?
At Kickstartmoto we understand that having to wait for parts to get delivered is one of the major turn offs of online shopping. With this in mind, we try our best to have orders processed and dispatched as soon as possible.
Unless otherwise stated, any orders received before 2:30pm (AEST) will be dispatched the same day, orders received after this cut off will be shipped the next business day.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We try to ship all our orders Express Post eParcel. In this case, if you live in a capital city, you will receive your order the business day after it has been dispatched. For those living outside of major cities, postage usually takes no more than 3 business days to even the more remote places. We also send a confirmation email with every order informing you what method of delivery we have used for your order. Keep an eye out on your inbox for it!

The part you sent doesn’t fit, I haven’t received my order yet or your item was not as described
Despite our best efforts, these things do happen.
In the rare event that this occurs, we would much appreciate for you to get in touch as soon as possible and we will make it right – send us a message over ebay, email us at support@kickstartmoto.com.au or call us on 0437 678 907.
Whether it is in the form of a full refund, the immediate dispatch of the correct/replacement part or technical support over the phone – we will try our best to do the right thing by you.

What is your return policy?
We’ve got a pretty simple return policy at Kickstartmoto. If you aren’t happy with your part within 14 days of purchase, we’ll refund your money. Simply get in touch with us, send the part back in original saleable condition and we’ll give you a full refund (minus shipping costs) when we get the item. No hassle – no fuss.
