All our DVDs come sealed and are unopened just like in any major retail store.
Are your products originals?
Every item we sell is an original just like in any major store. We do not and never will deal in bootleg or pirate copies. This is against the law and we ask you to report any seller you find doing this.
Do you Combine postage?
Yes we combine postage, receive two dollars off the postage and handling of each additional item (Excluding free post items).

What payment methods do you accept?
We prefer bank deposit as it clears the next day is made before 4pm. Pay pal e cheques can take up to 7 days to clear so be aware of this if using pay pal. We also accept Australia money orders and personal cheques from Australia only. Over seas buyers must use pay pal.

What is your return policy?
Any items damaged in transit will be exchanged for a new item. We will also reimburse the return shipping costs.

What do I do if I have not received my item?
If your items has not arrived please contact us prior to placing feedback or opening a dispute with eBay or pay pal. There is often a simple solution to the problem. Items do go missing from time to time and can be stolen we do strongly advise the use of registered post which requires a signature upon delivery and covers you up to $100.00

Unfortunately we just operate online at the moment and do not have a pick up service. |
