We offer a 60 day returns policy on all items that are incorrect, faulty or change of mind if still factory sealed. We will exchange any item or give you a full refund if:
» Your item is defective i.e. a manufacturing fault
» You have been sent the wrong item. Please note any items that are bought in error due to a buyer error are only eligible for a return if they are still factory sealed. Example, if you buy a wrong region and open it we will not accept the return sorry.
