BIDDING: We try to be very specific in our item descriptions, if you have ANY queries, please contact us BEFORE bidding. We consider ALL winning bids to be a binding transaction and expect payment as agreed.

We're happy to have new ebayers bid on our auctions, we were all new once!

PAYMENT: We accept Paypal, bank transfer, direct deposit and money order payments from our Australian buyers.

OVERSEAS BUYERS: please note we ONLY accept Paypal or bank transfer  as OS payment. NO INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS OR CHEQUES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

It costs us more than the sale to process these so we do not accept them.

PLEASE do not bid on our auctions if you can't pay using one of our payment methods. We have recently had several buyers refuse to pay because we do not accept their preferred method of payment. Our terms are always made clear in our auctions and Buy Now Items, and although we are VERY reluctant to leave negative feedback and/or use the dispute system, we will do so in order to recover our listing fees.

POSTAGE: Please note that we post tuesday to thursday, your item will be posted on the first of these days that falls within seven days of your payment being recieved and cleared in our account, . WE ONLY POST ON THESE DAYS so please be aware of this when calculating delivery times. If you require an item urgently don't hesitate to contact us and we can arrrange immediate despatch for you.
