Helpful Information

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery

We can Guarantee that you will receive your item/s the very next day when the below conditions occur:

  1. Make cleared payment prior to 10am (AEST)
  2. Pay for Australia Post Express Post or Toll Courier Service
  3. You are within the Next Day Delivery Service areas for either service (See below for more details)
  4. Your item/s must be posted on the preferred posting days for either carrier.

Payment

We accept Bank Deposit, Paypal, Money Order and Credit Cards* over the phone (1300 664 012)

EFTPOS available in store

*Minimum Credit Card payments of $10.00 apply.

Our Main carriers are: Australia Post and Toll Ipec.

After you make your purchase, you are most welcome to pick up from our Party Shop

Combine post and invoicing

We do combine post where possible. Please wait for an invoice prior to checking out or we will not be able to change post total.

Posting methods

We offer a range of options. We will work out what will suit and what works out the cheapest and safest way for your products to be sent. We highly recommend using either eParcel, Express post or our Courier to guarantee your item(s) arrive at your door and all of these options include tracking of your item/s.

All items will be sent from our Point Cook Party Shop in Melbourne, Postcode: 3030

Aus Post turn around

Items are sent Monday, Wednesday and Friday and post is sent after 2pm. Items purchased and paid for by 10:00am will be sent on those days. Please allow your items to take 1-6 days to arrive for regular post and 1-3 days for express post. These transit times are only a guide and may vary depending on your location.  Please view the Auspost Website for estimated delivery times to your location. We will not be held responsible for lost post or damaged items in the post, this is the responsibility of the carrier however we will try, where possible, to assist with any issues.

Courier

We have 1 Carrier.

  • Toll Priority which is next day to most parts of Australia excluding N.T and York in QLD

Tracking numbers will be provided through ebay. Our courier does not send to a PO Box so an address must be given along with a contact number. Authority to leave will be placed on every item so no signature is required.

International Post

We love to ship world wide too so if you need an item we stock please let us know the quantity and we will price your shipping for you. Turn around is 3-10 business days and Australia post air mail is our carrier. International orders will only be sent by Registered or Express Post.

If it’s Urgent

Please email us before you purchase as we DO NOT post every day. Emails should be responded to within a couple of hours. Express post or Toll priority will be the only post method offered for urgent item(s)

If items are required to be sent on non post days, extra post fees may apply as it will be sent via Toll.

All post is done after 2pm

Out of stock

If for some reason an item is still listed but out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and we can offer you a number of options

1) a refund if you have already paid for your item/s

2) offer another or similar item

3) let you know when your item will arrive.

We try our best to keep this from not happening but sometimes it can be missed.

Cancelling an order

Cancelling orders can be time consuming and unnecessary, items purchased are no longer available for sale to other potential buyers, as such we do not cancel items for any reason.  Please keep in mind that committng to buy is a binding contract as described in Ebays' User Agreements so please take care when purchasing your items to avoid unpaid item strikes
