Hello Kim, thanks for the feedback. Looking at your order, we sent the order on time, the tracking information was communicated to you via your Ebay order page. It is all there including the delay indicated by the delivery service (which is beyond our control) and of course the fact that it had been delivered of which we get a confirmation copy of.
As you may be aware we have no control over the individual drivers and so a simple message to us via Ebay would have fixed the problem for you.
