Good seller to deal with! One small point-not your fault at all! By the time packages reach a small rural town in north Queensland by post, the parcel is often bent, bashed around, wrapping damaged, etc. Is it possible to add a tougher layer to the packaging for rural and remote customers? Doesn't solve the carrier problem, but I would be so relieved to receive parcels and their contents in good condition! Thanks

Seller communication was bad kept giving excuses tracking information that gave me was never received by Australia Post paid for Express Postage. When contacted seller was told they put it in one of the Australia Post Drop Box no way can be stolen from that or lost. Seller said they told EBay to give me refund as they couldn’t as there computer not working this didn’t happen as I spoke to EBay. Seller ignored messages when EBay opened dispute. Don’t recommend this seller. Ebay refunded
