As I am sure you are all aware by now, Ebay has drastically
changed their feedback policies, a move that has upset many sellers and unknowingly
confused many buyers. They are of the opinion this will give more confidence
for buyers to purchase items, although I believe it will create added confusion
and hesitancy. As a TITANIUM Powerseller on ebay for 6 strong and wonderful
years, I have worked almost beyond physically possible to keep my feedback score
at above 95% I always trying to give solution to customers when dissatisfaction
occurred after a purchase.
Even if a customer felt the need to leave a negative feedback, I immediately
followed up with them, and did everything reasonably possible to make them happy.
For those who has doubt about sending money to us and has serious concern about
online purchase security. I would like to say we are are honest and reputable.
We will not gain 10000+ good feedback if we cheat on anyone.
During Many Years, Ebay themselves made a rule that NEUTRAL feedbacks would
not count for or against the overall score, Out of nowhere, and without warning,
Ebay decided to change their rule and the definition of a neutral, by saying
that would count against your score, and worse yet, COUNT THE SAME AS A NEGATIVE.
Almost every seller across ebay could not understand how a neutral and a negative
could be viewed as the same. Worse yet, they decided to retroactively count
neutrals as negatives, without any warning. It is one thing to change a rule
going forward, allowing sellers to adapt to the new rule.
I am also kindly requesting anyone who buys a products from
mstation_mp3 to please not leave any NEUTRAL or NEGATIVE feedback WITHOUT PRIOR
CONTACTING US. If you feel slighted about anything, simply email us your issue
to hwourong@hotmail.com, AND WE WILL FIX IT IN A HEARTBEAT! Ebay has removed
any chance of mutual feedback removal, which makes us very prone to a knee-jerk
reaction to a purchase.
Please contact us and we will help you and make you 100% satisfied!
Due to the new feedback policies we will consider ALL TRANSACTIONS
FINAL IF A NEUTRAL OR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK is left. That means we cannot and will
not accept any refunds or exchanges if a negative/neutral feedback is left prior
to allowing us fix any issues. IF a user who left us NEUTRAL or NEGATIVE FEEDBACK
he will be blocked to purchase/bid from us. When a special price come up. You
might not be able to purchase.
So please do not give us NEUTRAL OR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK!
