Doing business on eBay has been increasingly difficult over the years. We have been on eBay for 8 years and still can only sustain our business especially with eBay’s ever increasing demands and expectations on sellers amid its high fees on sellers. Recently we restrict sales to only certain countries such as United States, Australia and United Kingdom. The reason is due to eBay’s requirement for sellers to use e-parcel shipping service which allows timely delivery with tracking to these countries. For buyers outside of these countries, I am sorry eBay does not encourage sellers to sell to these buyers but still we will continue to offer to our existing customers by sending payments as usual to paypal@abovefashion.com or paypal@xbus.com and upon receipt of payment, we will dispatch the orders using Registered Mail service. Our warehouse spans over 300 square metres (about 3000 square feet) and is located at the heart of Guangzhou in Guangdong province, China which is a vast source of distributors and manufacturers.  Everyday our orders are fulfilled - picked, inspected, packed and dispatched across the border to Hong Kong which awaits the flight schedule for available cargo space to the corresponding countries.


Typical delivery time frames

- US: 7-10 business days (1-2 weeks)
- UK/Australia/New Zealand: 7-15 business days (2-3 weeks)
- Majority of Europe and other countries: 10-20 business days (2-4 weeks)
- Some countries such as Italy, Germany, Latvia, Lithunia, Russia and Brazil: 10-30 business days (2-5 weeks)

All delivery times are subject to customs clearance and your local postal service.  We will not be responsible for any unexpected or unforeseen delay during delivery including but not limited to mail congestion at sorting centres, mis-delivery, customs clearance, postal strike, force majeure, etc.  As a buyer, it is your duty to pay any tax when you order from abroad.  Our prices doest not include taxes, VAT or other hidden charges.

Express shipping via EMS or other express courier will take 3-5 business days (1 week).  Please contact us for further details.

When you do you receive an item as expected, please check the date of dispatch as per our shipping notification email sent to your registered email address with eBay.  You may also view the date sent on your My eBay page.  If there is any tracking number, it can be found within your order details.  If you have purchased insurance (or registered mail service), we will be glad to provide you a tracking number.  Within your shipping notification email, you can also find instructions to locate your tracking number.

Should the number of days for delivery surpassed the expected delivery time frame, you can always contact us.  If a tracking number is provided, we hope you get in touch with your local post office to ascertain its current location.  For USPS, tracking is provided at different stages of delivery e.g. customs clearance, sorting facility, out for delivery, etc.  However, other postal agencies e.g. Auspost, Royalmail, etc does not provide any intermediary tracking stage except when the item is finally delivered or undelivered due to the recipient being unavailable to sign for the registered mail.


When you receive an item which is broken, damaged, in a unusable condition or simply not what you have expected to order, you can always contact us preferably with a photo so to ascertain how the item is damaged or sent wrongly, and to claim for damage at our postal agency when necessary.  If we have mistakenly send a wrong item or broke the item during delivery, we will resend the item and advise if necessary the address for returning the damaged or wrong item.

Should the item received not fit or not in a working condition, you can describe your problem and we will be happy to advise ways to work around or make up.  A partial or full refund or a resend is possible.

Please always allow up to 24 hours to expect a response especially when we live in different time zones.  As our motto being 'Customer satisfaction is our number 1 prority', we will make good and make up whatever shortcomings so that all our customers will be happy in the end.
