 | A: We will work with you if there is a problem, please feel free to contact us. We want you to be happy with your purchase. We do not have a "policy," we fix problems on a case by case basis. Items that are listed "as is" cannot be returned or refunded. Please contact us before you leave a negative feedback and we will try to right the situation. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: Yes- but you must request an invoice after all your purchases are complete. We will assess the shipping cost and combine the rate accordingly. This is a great way to save on shipping. Multiple purchases must occur within 5 days of eachother to qualify for combined shipping. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |
 |
 | A: After we receive payment, we will ship out the purchased items as soon as possible. Items normally ship 24-48 hours after payment is received. If sending payment via personal check, we will not ship until the payment clears. Tracking information can then be seen on the Order Details page including expected delivery date. |
 | Q: Do you offer technical support? |
 |
 | A: Sorry, we cannot offer technical support. If you are bidding on an item, make sure you have the technical knowledge and the expertise to properly install and use the item listed. Damage caused by improper installation and/or handling is not covered under any warranty implied or otherwise. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: YES, if the shipping cost is not listed in the auction, contact us for a quote. We ship small items of less than $200 value via USPS Priority Mail. If your item is large (over 25 lbs) or worth over $200, we prefer to ship on your account with DHL, FED EX or UPS. |
 | Q: Will you end the auction early? |

 | A: We can put buy-it-now on auctions that do not have bids on them if the buyer offers a sufficient amount. Email us to request buy-it-now. |
 | Q: How do I pay? |
 |
 | A: You will receive an automated email containing a link to pay with PayPal to checkout, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase. If you are paying with Money Order or Check, the address to send it will be included in the email. You can call us at 703-534-5865 to pay by credit card. |
 | Q: What is included with this item? |

 | A: If you can’t see it or read it in the auction description please don’t assume it is included. All items, options, and/or features are listed. If you are not sure please ask us by email. |
 | Q: Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment? |

 | A: For items shipped via FedEx, you will be sent an automated email with the tracking number after shipment. For USPS, the tracking information will be displayed on the Order Details page after shipment, but is not automatically emailed out. |
 | Q: Can I pickup the item? |

 | A: Yes, items can be picked up at our warehouse in Falls Church, VA.

 | Q: Can I get overnight shipping? |

 | A: Yes, email us for a quote. Note: unless you contact us before 1PM EST Monday - Friday, we will not ship until the following business day. Exceptions are possible, email us to ask. |
