Not only do you have access to the best brands at the best prices every day, your order is picked and processed the day you place it (For orders placed before 2pm AEST). This service is achievable because we actually have the stock in our warehouse as opposed to waiting for delivery from a secondary warehouse.
We offer Free Express Shipping for items over $30 within Australia. Free Standard International Delivery for items over $75 to New Zealand. If you are ordering a heavy or bulky item a flat rate of $9.99 is charged per item unless otherwise stated in the postage and payments tab.
Orders are sent by Express Courier, which is a no signature required service. This means the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. Please ensure you choose an address where someone will be present to receive the delivery, such as a work address. For PO Box addresses and in some rural areas, parcels will be delivered by Australia Post.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM CHARGES
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. mohobu do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and mohobu will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and mohobu will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
mohobu is committed to customer satisfaction. We aim to make all aspects of ordering as hassle free as possible, especially returns. If you receive any merchandise you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days from the date of despatch, in the condition you received it in and we'll happily refund.
Boxed/Packaged Goods: Please note that if you are wanting to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned to SurfStitch in the original unmarked packaging and in good condition. If the items are being posted back, please ensure you pack them inside a satchel & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange or refund the goods.
