Shipping and Returns
Please note that from time to time some high turnover products will be out of stock for a short period and we will endeavour to ensure orders are shipped within 7 days from the date of purchase of which time standard shipping times will apply.
Our shipping and handling fee is calculated during the checkout procedure.
After choosing to place an order we are pleased to advise of the following process which takes place during our business hours (9am-4pm Monday-Friday EST/EDST).
1. You shall receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is being packed.
2. When goods are shipped you shall receive a second shipping email, advising your order has been successfully dispatched.
3. Goods shall be packaged in a discreet manner which shall prevent product damage during transport.
4. Goods in stock ordered shall be dispatched next business day.
5. Goods are air or road freighted via both courier and Australia Post with delivery extending to all regions of Australia.
6. For your security, deliveries may require a signature on receipt. There for delivery should be to an address where someone is available to receive and sign for the goods. In the event no one is available to receive delivery, a card shall be left advising the package is collectable at the nearest Courier or Australia Post depot.
7. Should you wish for deliveries to be left without signature (i.e. front door etc). This should be noted on your order comments and we shall be pleased to oblige. Muscle Beach shall however assume no responsibility for any lost or missing deliveries in this situation.
8. Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product i.e. damaged in transport, incorrect goods sent etc. We request politely this be done within 48 hours of receiving your goods by telepehone or email. After confirming any claim we shall promptly re-supply the goods or credit your account in full. Any cost for the re-shipping of product shall be the responsibility of MuscleBeach i.e. no additional charges shall be the responsibility of our customers.
9. To ship goods we may require additional information from some customers such as land line numbers or a faxed drivers licence.
10. Please note we can ship products Internationally but must be ordered via email or phone. We ship Australia wide. All products are in $AUD only and prices include GST.
