Postage
1/ All items sold by us are posted with Australia Post receipted delivery within 24 hours of receiving payment,except on weekends.The item is trackable and needs a signature on receipt. If no one is there to sign for the article,it will be taken to the nearest PO to await collection by the addressee.A card is left in the letterbox.
2/ We do combine shipping on most items, dependant on size and auction specifics.The first item is charged at 100% and subsequent items are charged at 50% of the stated postage rate if posted together.The buyer will need to make payment for all items at the one time to qualify for postage discount.
3/ Postal Insurance is NOT included in the postage costs.We strongly suggest optional postal insurance as no responsibility is taken by us should an article become lost in the post when postal insurance is not paid.Should a claim on Insurance be necessary,contact us for more details. Claims will only be settled on advise from Australia post that the article has been lost in transit. By accepting and signing for the article, it is assumed that the article has been delivered in good order undamaged. Should an item appear to be damaged upon delivery,it is the receivers responsibility to make a note of that with Australia Post delivery driver.If this is not done,no claim for damage in transit can be accepted.
