1/ All items sold by us are covered by warranty for the specific time as stated in the auction description.That warranty period starts on the invoice date,the date of shipping from us.
2/ In the event of a warranty claim all return shipping fees and Insurance will be payed by the purchaser.Return postage costs of the repaired or replaced item back to the buyer will be paid by us.
3/ That warranty period includes a replacement warranty for any items that are DOA (Dead on Arrival) or fail within the first days of operation.
4/ Any faulty items will need an RMA Number obtained from us for return and servicing.Email us for an RMA number first, and be sure to clearly write that Number on the outside of the parcel.Items without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at their expense. All RMA items must be received within 14 days of the issue of an RMA number.
5/ If an item is returned as faulty and is found to be working normally,return postage will be paid by the purchaser before item is resent. A service fee may also apply.
6/ Physical damage,accidents,abuse,misuse,unauthorised service or tampering will void the warranty.
7/ Warranty is non-transferable and claims will only be accepted from the original purchaser only.
