They also informed me that the original model I ordered was defective and the offered a different model for the same price or a refund! Shipping was fast and packaging was lovely. Item didn’t contain instructions, however after contacting Seller they provided pdf link for instructions and a video link. Both were okay, however neglected to state a few fundamental steps needed to run the equipment properly. This is the only fault of this purchase. I gave 5 stars because the Seller was eager and attempted to resolve problem. The machine itself does exactly what it states to do. Shipping was fast and packaged well. I’m a repeat buyer of this seller - and recommend.
