Refunds for change of mind

If you have changed your mind and no longer want the product or ordered the wrong product and the product is still new with the retail packaging never opened it can be returned to Newegg within 30 days. Computer software and video games are not returnable under the “change of mind” return policy. Buyer must return the product(s) for which you are seeking a store credit or refund at your own cost and must comply with the instructions for returning the product(s) that Newegg Customer Service has provided. The goods will remain your responsibility during shipping until such time as they are received at the address as supplied by Newegg Customer Service. Newegg will accept no liability for any loss or damage which may occurs during transit.

Faulty Products

You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the image or description
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Many manufacturers have dedicated support centres designed specifically to deal with issues in relation to their products and may have advanced trouble shooting/support available. In many circumstances the manufacturer may therefore be able to provide a quicker assessment of, and remedy for, any issue with your product.

Please keep your proof of purchase.

Our Returns Policy includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranties and product support that we offer and provide pursuant to our Terms and Conditions are in addition to the consumer warranties and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
