    Items were as described. However due to poor packaging choices the cardstock become bent in transit when poorly handled by postal service. Contact made with seller to provide feedback but no return communication has been received in receipt of that. Would urge caution with this seller.

    This was sent in a sturdy cardboard Pizza box. this is not 'poor packaging' If australia post decided to bend this in half no amount of packaging would have been enough. Any damaged parcels should be brought to aus post attention by the receiver i have no control over what australia post decides to do with them once they leave my care. Aus post would require the receiver to file for compensation not the sender.

    Positive feedback only given because the item itself was in brand new condition. Ordered over two weeks ago, finally arrived, I get it’s the holiday season but also took a few days for it to be marked as sent which you’d expect faster as a business. Also postage charged was $5.99 but arrived with 2x $1.50 stamps. So although the item was great unfortunately the customer service could be improved.
