Shipping & Delivery

We have a Flat Rate shipping charge for all orders of $13.95, unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges for all Government, Corporate, Military and Bulk orders will be advised prior to the time of delivery.

At NO Frills we understand the importance that your order is delivered in a timely manner and with the utmost care, that is why we choose to use Star Track Express & Australian Air Express (a partnership of Australia Post and Qantas). Where possible our warehouse will try and use recycled cartons for our deliveries, just as safe and sturdy as a new carton but more friendly on the environment.

Normal delivery times for goods that are in stock are expected to be 24 to 48 hours from order being placed to all major Australia Capital and Regional Cities. Rural deliveries can take up to additional 48 hours but on average 90% of deliveries are made within 48 hours of initial order for goods in stock.

Any items not in stock will be back ordered and a notification will be sent to your email address should that delay be extensive. Delays exceeding 8 business days will be notified by email.

Returns & Replacements

The following policy applies to all items featured on our website excluding any item that may have it own returns policy which will be clearly noted on the products webpage. Prior to returning any product to us please email rma@nofrillselectronics.com.au to obtain a return authority form as well as shipping location details should they be different from our main warehouse located in Sydney.

Ordering

In building the NO Frills network of websites we endeavoured to ensure the experience you should have shopping on our sites is simply, efficient and rewarding including this our new eBay home. There are many ways of purchasing products. You can use the very top level of navigation by clicking on one of the main categories and then navigating to the department or product that you are after. You may also want to use our whole of site search which is located at the top right of the eBay site. The whole of site search will return search results relevent to the product you are searching for, as well  it may also return associated and related products to the product you are searching for.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

NO Frills accepts the following payment types. Paypal and Direct Debit, please contact our customer service staff to inquire further.

For your security we choose to use the PayPal Payment Network. No Frills partners with the National Australia Bank to ensure all of our transactions online are handled with the utmost security and meet the highest security levels.

Viewing Orders

You can view your current orders as well as all past orders by logging into your eBay account manager. We will provide you the most current information with regards to your order.

Updating Account Information

You can view or edit all of the details relating to your online eBay account in your eBay account manager.
