Q: Maximum $10 postage for Sydney buyers with over $100 of purchases.

A: Your delivery address need to be in Australia post N1 zone which includes postcode 1000-2263, 2500-2530, 2555-2574, 2740-2786 and 2890. For order total over $100, you pay up to $10 postage.

 

For Sydney buyers with order total less than $100, you pay up to $15 postage.

 

Please let us know when you finish all your purchases so that we could send the correct invoice.

 

Q: Maximum $15 postage for Brisbane & Melbourne buyers, $20 for Adelaide buyers.

A: Brisbane buyers' delivery address need to be in Australia post Q1 zone, which includes postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549, 9000-9299, 9400-9596 and 9700-9799. 

 

For other parts of QLD, you pay up to $25 postage.

 

Melbourne buyers' delivery address need to be in Australia post V1 zone, which includes postcodes 3000-3220, 3335-3341, 3425-3443, 3750-3811, 3910-3920, 3926-3944, 3972-3978, 3980-3983 and 8000-8999.

 

For other parts of VIC, you pay up to $20 postage.

 

Adelaide buyers' delivery address need to be in Australia post S1 zone, which includes postcodes 5000-5199 and 5800-5999.

 

For other parts of SA, you pay up to $25 postage.

Q: The postage discounts you promised are not there at eBay check-out

A:  Unfortunately there is no way we can set some of our discounts into eBay check-out. Please ask us to send you a invoice when you finish all your purchases.

 

Q: Is your postage negotiable?

A: To be fair for all buyers, postage is not negotiable. We combine postage, please refer item description for details. Don't bid or buy if you do not agree our postage policy.

 

Q: If I buy more than 1 item in your eBay store, could you offer a discount on the listing price?

A: Sorry, no. All items bought on eBay have to be paid at eBay full listing price. 

 

Q: Do you have any other colours, styles or sizes of your listing products?

A: No, we don't. All products we have in stock are on active listing in our eBay store. If you can't find anything in our eBay store, we don't have them.

 

Q: Could I have a tax invoice please?

A: Yes, please leave a message to us when you make payment. A tax invoice will then be sent with the parcel. If the parcel has been despatched, we will email it to you.

 

Q: When will you post my items?

A: Australia post pick up from us at 2pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only, excluding public holidays. To be included in the same day despatch, payment need to be received before 11am.

 

We usually start packing on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays afternoon, your items may be marked "posted" when packing finished and ready for the next day pick up.

 

Q: I sent an eBay message and not had a reply from you.

A: EVERY eBay message or email inquiry will be replied. When we are on internet, it usually only take minutes. It did happen a few times before we didn’t receive buyer’s message and email. It is either eBay system failure or problem of my email server. If your inquiry is left unanswered over 24 hours, most likely we didn’t receive it, please resend. Thanks. 

 

Q: I am not be able to leave my eBay ID as reference when I do direct bank deposit at local branch

A: Unlike internet banking, you probably will not be able to leave enough information as reference, such as eBay ID. Instead, please leave your postcode as reference and then let us know.

  

Q: How long does it take to get my payment through to you?

  1. Paypal: Instant
  2. Bank deposit: normally around 1 to 3 working days, depends on which bank you use. Show up very quickly if you use commonwealth bank.
  3. Money order: when we receive it
  4. Paypal echeque: about 4 working days
  5. Personal cheque: after receive it, we deposit into our bank account, then takes extra a few days to get it cleared

Q: What are the actual defects of the minor defect item in 'Half price item' category in your eBay store.

A: We spend a lot of time to check items before sending. Products with defects, even quite minor ones, will be selected out. Minor defect items are now listing at half of the original price in 'Half price item' category. There are quite a few of them. It is hard to remember what the actual minor defects for a particular item are. We won’t go back and check again, sorry.

 

They are all minor defects. If you are after function, not the quality of the item, you won't be wrong. Some sellers would just sell it as standard item anyway. If an item does have a major defect, we will write it in the item description.

 

Q: Do you sell internationally?

A: No, unless you can accept expensive postage. High postage charge of Australia post prevent us from selling internationally. Only Australia registered members can purchase our eBay listings. 

 

Q: What is 'Pre-order'?

A: Pre-order is great money saving opportunity for you to buy bulk quantity from overseas factory without actually doing import by yourself.


We place your orders along with our orders to overseas factories. We do the quality assurance, shipping, custom clearance and deliver to you.

      

Pre-orders are for bulk quantity only, that is 10 times or more of 1 eBay listing. For example, if the listing is for 2X necklace bust, pre-order need to be for at least 10 listings (that is 20 busts). If the listing is for 100 pouches, pre-order need to be at least 1,000 pouches.


-       Huge price discounts will be offered case by case, base on the quantity, amount and items pre-ordered.  Pre-order discounts are for pre-orders only, won't be available at any other time.


-       Pre-order can be for any items currently listing in my eBay store or items you have seen in my eBay store before but out of stock at the moment.

 

-       Customised design, colour, pattern and sizes are possible, please contact us.

 

-      30% deposit must be made when place pre-order, full payment before delivery

 

-      In case we have enough stocks, your pre-order items will be delivered immediately without waiting.
