Payment is required within 2 days via Direct Bank Deposit; Money Order; or, Cashiers Cheque.
With purchased made from our:
- Website: www.outlet24seven.com.au, please use your Invoice Number as your reference on all payments;
- eBay or Quicksales Store: please use your User Id as a reference on all payments when paying via Internet Banking.
o NB: When paying over the counter at a CBA Bank Branch, please use the last six digits of the item number plus the postcode of the delivery address, then advise us via email of the reference number used.
Current postal address and telephone number must be provided, as items are addressed according to our website and/or the auction sites (ie: eBay; Quicksales) default details. Our system is not programmed to cross-check address details with the PayPal system.
We use a combination of Australia Post and Couriers to send parcels depending upon your postcode and article size.
Items that are despatched via Australia Post are sent every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, unless otherwise arranged. However, From 1/11 to 23/12, we post daily.
Items that are despatched via Courier are sent on daily, after payment has been verified and cleared to our bank account.
NB: Pick-up is NOT available.
If you are buying an item due to a special offer, this offer must be brought to the sellers attention at checkout, prior to payment.
If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will endeavour to resolve any matters prior to leaving feedback. If negative feedback is left prior to contacting us first, no further resolution will be offered, as this is the final step to complete the transaction.
We will endeavour to list any faults (if any) within the listing. All items are sold “as is”. Please ask any questions before committing to purchase an item.
Taxes and Charges:
All items include GST. A Tax Invoice including GST will be provided when requested.
Overseas buyers are responsible for their own countries taxes and charges.
Damage In Transit: Outlet24even will replace your product if it is found to be Damaged In Transit. Damage in Transit claims must be reported immediately, as per our Insurance Co's Policy. Please unpack and inspect item - DO NOT SIGN FOR THE PARCEL, unless you are completely satisfied that your item is not damaged. NB: Insurance claims are required to be reported by the seller within 24 hours of the item being signed for by the receiver.
Dead On Arrival: Outlet24even will replace your product if it is found to be “dead on arrival” (DOA).
The exception will be: products that are offered with a Manufacturers Warranty, because with most cases, we do not handle the returns, as warranty is provided directly by the Manufacturer.
Warranty: Warranty is as per vendors terms and conditions as stated with the vendors warranty. Should you have any issues with your item and the vendors contact information is provided on the Warranty card, please call our vendor. If item does not come with a vendors warranty, Outlet24Seven offer a 14 day warranty.
If our vendor does not offer 'Return To Base' costs for postage or courier service, the buyer will be required to pay 'one way only' to return faulty item back to base; and, vendor will pay 'one way' to return exchange to buyer after faulty item has been inspected. Exchange will only be given if item has not been used or abused and is returned in the condition that it arrived.
Change Of Mind: Outlet24Seven offers a 14 day Money Back policy - conditions apply:
If returning your item refund due to Change Of Mind, which includes when the item does not suit its purpose, buyer pays return postage, and a restocking fee applies.
The restocking fee is in the amount of the original postage paid which is on your invoice as either a separate amount, or, included in the sale price total. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
For buyer protection, it is recommended that buyer returns item(s) via Registered Mail. Item must be returned in AS NEW condition with all original packaging, accessories and entire contents, including User Manuals, etc. then the outer packaging wrapped in plastic (a clean / dry shopping bag or garbage bag will be fine), and our return address must be securely taped to the plastic wrap - NB: There must be no writing or stickers on the manufacturers packaging.
