1. Can I inspect or view the item before I buy?

We are sorry that we do not have a physical retail store for display, and neither do we allocate resources for pre-purchase viewings (this is one way how we pass on savings to our customers). Additionally, we also operate out of a strict warehouse environment, where the general public is not allowed. Thus, pre-purchase item inspection is not available.

However, our listings have most of the necessary information and pictures, and you are of course welcome to ask us anything else you need to know.

 
 

1. Can I pick up my order to save on shipping fees?

We are sorry to advise that pick up is not available and there is no exception to this.
As we operate from a strict warehouse environment and do not have resources allocated to a pick up service, the general public is also not allowed on premises.

2. Do you ship to international addresses?

At this stage, we do not ship to international addresses.

3. How are my items delivered?

Your item(s) will be delivered via Australia Post eParcel service in most cases, but some items can also be delivered by Allied Express.
Once your item has been dispatched from our warehouse, your eBay order is automatically updated with the tracking number (and eBay will send you an automated eBay message once this is done).

4. Is express delivery available?

We regret to advise express delivery is not possible, even if you are willing to pay the additional cost.

5. How can I cancel my order?

Please note we are only able to cancel your order if we have not dispatched it from our warehouse. Emails that are sent after the order is confirmed will in some cases be too late to cancel, even if the order was placed after hours or during weekends.
This can happen even if you send your cancellation request just a few seconds after you purchased the item, as we operate with a fast and automated dispatch system, but need time to manually respond to your message.
To send a cancellation request, please send us an eBay message immediately and we will do our best.

6. How long does it take to ship to my destination?

The estimated delivery time frames are:
For customers in VIC, approximately 3 - 5 working days;
For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 - 8 working days;
For customers in QLD, NT and TAS, approximately 4 - 8 working days.

NOTE:
*** Delivery time only starts after buyers’ payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1 working day after receipt of cleared payment).
*** We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.

7. How much are the shipping charges?

Some of our items have fixed postage cost or are free to you for nationwide delivery. You can enjoy this discounted rate and the advantage of our competitive contracts with our delivery partners only at Ozplaza.Living. As our postage and handling fees are already competitively priced, we do not offer a further combined postage discount for purchases of multiple items (unless specified on the listing).
As for those items with mixed postage costs (i.e. depending on where you live), please use our easy to use postage calculator towards the top of the listing.
As always, please refer to each listing to confirm whether there are any applicable shipping charges.

8. May I combine two or more orders to save on shipping cost?

Our postage is already competitively priced, therefore we do not offer a further combined postage discount if you purchase more than one item (unless specified on the listing).

9. When will my item be dispatched?

Please be assured that we will send out the item usually within 1 working day (2 working days at the latest in rare circumstances) after we receive your cleared payment. Once your item has been dispatched, your eBay order will be updated with the tracking number and you will be notified of this through an eBay update message.

10. Why are certain products not shipped to WA, NT and TAS?

We regret to advise that we do not deliver certain items to the above states and territory, as stated in the individual listing. This is due to the significantly higher cost of shipping charged by Allied Express for heavy or oversized products to those areas.

 
 

1. How long does it take to process my payment?

The payment clearance times are as follows:
  - Paypal payment from your credit card or Paypal balance: Instant and no delays
  - Paypal payment from your bank transaction account (i.e. eCheque payment via Paypal): 3-5 working days
  - Bank transfer: Up to 3 working days, plus 1 working day for us to clear the payment
  - Bank cash deposit: Although it is instant, we will still need at least 1 working day to clear the payment.

Bank payments need to have your exact eBay username as the payment reference, otherwise we will not be able to clear it.
For all payment options, the item is dispatched from our warehouse usually within 1 working day, but can take up to 2 working days in some rare cases. Once your item has been dispatched, your item will reach you in about 3-8 working days.

2. I have paid for my item but it is still marked as an unpaid item.

If you have paid for your purchase but our system has not cleared it after 2 working days, it may be due to you accidentally paying to the wrong account, or you did not leave your exact eBay user ID as a payment reference (anything that is even slightly different may make it impossible for us to identify your payment). If you made the deposit at a branch, it is also possible the staff did not leave the exact payment reference you requested (we have actually come across many such cases).

Should you need assistance with this, please contact us immediately with the following information:
  a) Exact amount you have paid;
  b) Date of payment;
  c) Exact reference you left (if any)
  d) BSB no. (or branch name) of the bank where you made the deposit (if applicable);
  e) It is preferable to provide us with a copy of your payment receipt.

3. What happens when I make a late payment?

Please be advised an unpaid item reminder will be opened automatically in eBay for customers who have not made full payment 4 days after a purchase has been made.

However, please do not feel offended by this as this is just an automatic payment reminder service for all eBay sellers. If it gets to a stage where the unpaid item case is closed and an automatic unpaid item strike is left on your account, please contact us if you are able to later make payment so we can clear the payment and contact eBay to remove the unpaid item strike on your profile.

4. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, bank deposits and bank transfers. However, we do not accept direct card payments (unless it is made through Paypal), cash, any kind of cheque or money orders.

Please note the following clearance times:
  - Paypal payment (debited from your credit card or Paypal balance) – Instant clearance.
  - Paypal payment (debited from your bank account) – May take 3-5 working days to clear.
  - Bank cash deposit – We will need at least 1 working day to clear it in our system
  - Bank transfer – may take 2-3 working days to be credited to our account, and we will need at least 1 working day to clear.

For all payment options, the item is dispatched from our warehouse usually within 1 working day, but can take up to 2 working days in some cases. Once your item has been dispatched, your item will reach you in about 3-8 working days.

 
 

1. Do you offer a warranty?

1. Manufacturer Warranty: 90 days warranty will apply to all OzPlaza products unless the corresponding listing states otherwise.

The following terms and conditions apply to this manufacturer warranty:
  * Damages due to misuse by user or during delivery will not be covered by this warranty
  * All accessories and bonus gift are not covered by this warranty. Examples of accessories and bonus gift will be noted as such on our listings, and will include (but limited to) Battery, Cable, Carry Bag, and so on.

2. Damage on Arrival (DOA) Warranty: This warranty only applies to goods which arrive broken or appear to be not in good working order on initial usage.

The following terms and conditions apply to DOA warranty:
  * Buyers must check their item(s) and report and damages or faults to us by email or eBay message within 7 days after receiving the item(s). We reserve the right to refuse any claims made after this timeframe or additional charges (postage and handling) may apply.
  * Buyers have the obligation to prove the status of the item(s) as required by the seller.
  * Damages due to misuse by user or during delivery will not be covered by this warranty.
  * All accessories and bonus gift are not covered by this warranty. Examples of accessories and bonus gift include Battery, Cable, Carry Bag, and so on.

2. What happens if there is a part missing?

Sometimes a product is supplied to us incomplete, with some parts missing from the box. Please check the packaging very thoroughly as the smaller components sometimes becomes loose during transportation. If there is a part missing, please contact us immediately so that we can offer our assistance.

3. What is your return policy?

1. Return of items must be authorized by the seller prior to their return. In some cases, your issue can be resolved without the item being returned.
2. Buyers must follow the returns instruction provided by the seller.
3. Buyers must strictly follow our return procedure when returning a faulty item.
4. We reserve our right to replace the faulty item with a repaired or new item (with equal or less value), or provide a full or partial refund depending on each case
5. We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages during delivery of the returned item(s).
6. Charges may apply if the product is functioning properly or it is confirmed that the product is physically damaged by end user when we receive it. There will NOT be any refund if such cases do occur.
7. All items come with a 90-day warranty (unless specified otherwise on the listing). If a product fault is not reported within 7 days of receiving it, buyers are responsible for all postage costs in returning the item.
8. Postage and Handling may not be refundable if full refund is required.
9. Refund will only be processed via PayPal or Bank Transfer, depending on which payment method was used when the purchase was originally made.

4. What will happen if my item is faulty?

Our company's goal is to provide quality products at affordable prices for our customers. If you are unsatisfied with the product in anyway, please contact us immediately. Our technician will get back to you within 1-2 working days, and will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
