The terms and conditions, together with eBay’s user agreement, constitutes the contract between the winning bidder and OzPlaza.Living for the supply of products.    The contract cannot be varied unless there is prior agreement between OzPlaza.Living and the buyer. Bidders are assumed to agree with full terms and conditions when bidding on the auction(s).    While all care is taken in the item listings, any errors or omissions in the listings are unintentional and may be corrected prior to the item being dispatched.

 

90 days warranty will apply to all OzPlaza.Living products unless the corresponding listing states otherwise.
If items show symptoms of operational failure, are defective or are broken (a.k.a. “DOA” or Dead on Arrival), buyers must contact us via eBay message within 7 days with a full and detailed description of the issue. OzPlaza.Living reserves the rights to reject any claims made after 7 days for DOA cases.
If the product is assessed to be DOA, buyers will receive a full or partial refund, or a replacement product or parts. If buyers are requested to send back defective items, a replacement will be sent to buyers after we receive the returned product back in our warehouse. In such cases, we will cover the return freight charges. Such returned products will become our property and the replacement will be the buyer’s property.
Replacement products are provided with the same warranty as the returned products. OzPlaza.Living is not liable for items that have been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed. Buyers should read the instruction and advise given by manufacturers and suppliers before use.
All accessories and bonus gifts (such as carry bags, cables and batteries) are not covered by the warranty.

 
 


Buyers can choose to pay via Paypal or Bank Deposit, but payment options may be restricted depending on each listing.
Buyers are required to carefully follow payment instructions on the checkout page, and note down any necessary details on it (e.g. bank account details). If buyers fail to follow the instructions on the checkout page, OzPlaza.Living is not liable for any unidentified payments and subsequent delivery delays.
Buyers should take note there is additional clearance time for payments made via Paypal eCheque or Bank Deposit/Transfers. Once the payment is credited to our account, it may take 24-48 hours to process, after which your item will be dispatched.
All prices for items and shipping costs are quoted in Australia Dollars.

 
 


At present, shipment is only within Australia.
Items are generally dispatched within 1 working day after payment is cleared (in some rare cases, dispatch may take 2 working days). Delivery can take 3-8 working days. Buyers will also be able to trace deliveries online with a unique tracking number. While we endeavour to send all our items with tracking numbers, there may be a few smaller items that are not sent with a tracking number.
Buyers have full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on the checkout page before payment is made. OzPlaza.Living is not liable for any delays, losses and/or damage to items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers.
Re-delivery fee may be charged to buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned to OzPlaza.Living due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful deliveries.
Items will only be delivered during normal working hours (9am to 5pm on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

 
 


Buyers are recommended to leave a positive feedback on items they receive if they are happy with the purchase and service. OzPlaza.Living will automatically leave a positive feedback for buyers on the same day we receive positive feedback.
Our target is to earn positive and 5 star feedback in all categories. So please contact us before leaving neutral or negative feedback or if you wish to leave less than 5 stars, so that we can resolve your issues as soon as possible.

 
 


Returns must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return.
Buyers must also strictly follow our returns procedure when returning an item.
OzPlaza.Living reserves the rights to provide buyers a replacement, parts or a full or partial refund. Charges may apply if the product is damaged by buyers when the returned item is received.
Should you change your mind and wish to return your item, this can be done if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. Please note, to qualify for such a return:
- Please wait for our confirmation on how the item is to be returned.
- The item must retain all original internal and external packaging.
- The item itself must not be opened. We acknowledge the external box may have been opened for a visual inspection, but nothing else must be opened or used.
- Just prior to returning it to us, ensure that there is nothing (e.g. return paperwork, email copy) stuck on the item or anywhere else inside of the box.
- Any postage labels or return paperwork must be stuck on the outside box.
Once the item has been returned, we will need to deduct the initial dispatch and also the return freight charges from your refund.
Refunds will only be processed via Paypal or bank transfer, depending on the original method of payment.
