Terms and conditions of Return/Exchange:

• All items must be returned within 14 days of original order.
• Items have to be returned unworn, with original tags intact. 
• Due to health regulations we are unable to accept return of earrings and hair accessories, unless they are faulty.
• All returns must be sent back via registered post 
• Online purchases must be returned to the address below.
• They are not able to be processed through any of Pilgrim's retail outlets or concession stores.
