1. Do you combine postage for multiple items?
We do not combine postage for multiple purchases, as we process each item separately.
2. What is the postage?
We offer free shipping to all destinations.
3. Can I pay by direct deposit or cheque?
We are sorry but we currently do not accept direct bank deposits or cheques. We accept PayPal only.
4. How can I pay if I don't have a credit card.
A credit card is not required to make a payment. To use immediate payment you may pay with PayPal using a
credit card, debit card or your current PayPal account balance. If you don't have a credit or debit card you should transfer
some funds to your PayPal account first and pay using your account balance.
5. Where is my item? What to do if my order has not arrived?
We post from United Kingdom within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Please see the table below for delivery times to all destinations.

8. Do you accept returns?
We accept all unwanted items that are returned to us within 30 days of receipt, provided that they are still
in original brand new condition (sealed, where applicable).
If you wish to return an item to us please contact us first for an advice on how to return it.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item if the item is not returned in an adequate condition.
9. Who covers the cost of returning unwanted items?
Buyer will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item in error
or the item was not as described or damaged. Once the item is received back we will issue a full refund.
10. Is the item for sale new?
All items in our store are brand new and unused, unless otherwise stated.
11. Will I receive a book with the same cover as displayed on the listing?
Book covers usually match pictures in our listings but there is always a small chance that cover will vary as
publishers occasionally update covers. Although the cover may differ the book contents will be the same.
12. I'm looking for a specific book. Have you got it?
If there is any book which we do not list on eBay please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in any
way we can. Due to the fact that there are hundreds of thousands of books available on the market we cannot list all of them.
