Conditions Of Purchase

- If you are the successfull purhaser, we request payment within 3 days of auction closure

- All of our wines will be delivered via Australia Post eParcel wine service. This service provides manual handling of your purchase from door to door to provide you with maximum protection.

- Please ensure your ebay profile address is the correct delivery address.

Advise of any change in delivery address before payment. If your purchase is undeliverable because of an incorrect address the buyer will be responsible for any fees relating to a second delivery.

- All wines are sold without insurance. Insurance is available upon request for 1% of the purchase price. If the buyer refuses insurance and the purchase is damaged or goes missing in transit Premium Wine Online is in no way liable.

- Once payment has been confirmed we will ship your purchase within 48 hours.

- Unfortunately due to our liquor licence conditions PICK UP from our cellars is not available.
