Please remember we cannot foresee or prevent the odd item going astray in the Post, however, we will do our best in chasing up missing items through Australia Post.
Please use the "Contact Seller" link on eBay - any of the other links automatically result in a Defect for the seller which is the equivalent of leaving a Negative.
Once your goods arrive safely and you are satisfied with our products and service, please leave positive feedback and a 4 or 5 Star rating for us and we will do the same for you. Anything less than a 4 or 5 star rating is the equivalent of leaving a negative, regardless of the Feedback rating.
We usually dispatch items upon payment clearance and offer postage within 24 hours of payment (unless on holidays or away from home for business). Items are posted via Australia Post using Parcel Post.
We offer Freepost with the paid Express Post offered on all listings.
Please note that items to be sent as a letter (Stamps) do not have tracking available, if you purchase multiple items these may be sent separately as they become too thick to qualify as a letter and the price does not usually cover an upgrade to a tracking parcel.
It can take up to 10 business days for stamp items to arrive.

International buyers are most welcome to purchase from Puss n Pooch Gallery. We are happy to hold purchases while you complete shopping or bidding so they can all be posted together. We do combine postage for multiple purchases (based on total weight) - please wait for your invoice to ensure the correct postage costs are applied. Due to the large variety of items offered it is impossible to enter postage costs for all the possible combinations.
Due to eBay's new policies which result in sellers receiving unwarranted Defects (equal to Negative Feedback) and some overseas countries attitude to "Tracking", we have had to change 99% of our listings postage costs to cover Tracking (No future purchases will be sent as Letter rate postage). We apologise but feel it safer for both buyer and seller to have proof of postage and tracking on all items.
Please note that any importation duties and/or taxes that may be levied are the responsibility of the purchaser/buyer and do not constitute part of the purchase price.

Items that are not "gift" boxed or in a manufacturer's presentation box will be posted in the best possible packaging available.
This may be a recycled box (biscuit, cereal etc) or bubble wrap, subject to the best and safest possible option available at the time.
If an item is gift/presentation boxed the listing will state this is the case.
We accept Paypal, Bank deposits, Money Orders. We also accept most major credit cards by arrangement - Credit Card info can be Faxed to Puss n Pooch Gallery if required. Please arrange payment within 5 days from the end of auction or purchase. If you require an extension or are waiting for other items to end please contact us and advise.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Puss ‘n’ Pooch Gallery understands that Internet shopping is different from being able to pick-up and hold items the way you do in a conventional store. That is why we promise to provide the best products possible. However, if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase we will cheerfully return/exchange the item/s provided:
- All items are returned within 30 days of receipt. No exchange, credit or refund can be given after 30 days for change of mind or if you have made a wrong decision.
- In the event an item arrives broken or damaged in transit, please photograph the damaged item and packaging and send an email with clear pictures to email@example.com. This should be done upon receipt of item and no longer than 3 days from receipt. We will then arrange a credit and/or replacement. Breakages are not covered under the 30 day return policy.
- The returned product(s) must be as new, ie: unused, unworn unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached.
- Call (02) 9713 7015 or email us with the following details at hand: Your Name, Invoice Number, Product Name, and Reason for Return or Request for replacement, exchange, credit or refund.

Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless product is deemed faulty. Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the products received are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without original packaging and/or tags attached. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer responsible for any return shipping costs. Postage/shipping costs for exchange or change of mind is totally at the buyers expense - Puss 'n' Pooch Gallery will not cover these additional costs.
It is suggested that you send your return package by receipted post or express post, as Puss ‘n’ Pooch Gallery will not be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in transit.
If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued via the same payment method used within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.
