Currently we only offer fixed, buy it now pricing.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you wish to change your order. If you can contact us before the order goes out, you wont have to send it back to us to change! Please note that we do NOT accept returns of clearance items. See our returns page for more details.
How much do you charge for shipping?

How long will it take to deliver?

Can I return an item if it is faulty?
Of course. See our returns page for more info and instructions. We will inspect the product and if we agree that it is faulty, we will send you a replacement at our cost.
What if it doesn’t fit?
Please check the size charts that are provided thoroughly. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on full price items that are unworn or unused. Items should be returned in their original packaging and where relevant with their hygiene strips in place. See our returns page for more details.
How are refunds handled?
