How can I trust the quality and warranty period of your products?
At Royalle Outdoor Furniture Direct we have over 25 years experience in the Outdoor Living Category. Our buying group consists of established “Bricks & Mortar” retailers in Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and now in Melbourne.

How long does it take for my products to be delivered?
Local Melbourne deliveries take between 1-3 working days after the payment has been received.

If I don’t like the look of the product or it won’t fit in my Outdoor Living space, can i return it?
At Royalle Outdoor Furniture Direct we offer a full refund on products that are returned within 30 days (please refer to our terms and conditions).
