The phone was delivered within a week. Box slightly damaged. Great value overall. Samsung customer service was pathetic. They gave me the wrong tracking number. When I messaged them for the correct tracking number, they palmed me of to a 1300 number that wasn't able to help, instead of providing the correct number. I contacted them again. No response. Phone turned up 4 days later. Then after a week, they finally contacted me with the correct tracking. Seems to be a theme they should rectify.

Absolutely amazing experience. As other buyers noted the original tracking number was wrong but the seller provided the correct one, for me it was Startrek, not DHL. It arrived in 3 business days and was in a box with a tiny crease in the corner. The product is perfect and an unbeatable price! Very happy, fast shipping, great product, excellent outcome!

The only hiccup was that the tracking number issued for the order didn't work. This was quickly resolved by messaging the seller for clarification—the tracking number was mistakenly listed as being for DHL when it was actually with another company. Overall, a pleasant transaction with a minor inconvenience, and would likely purchase again.

Phone is in perfect condition. Box had almost no damage at all. Like many others, I found the tracking not with DHL as listed (mine was StarTrack, others have had ANC Delivers). I tried to ask for help but found their help quite unhelpful. The phone arrived so I stopped trying to ask for help.

My original order was a$1094 ($100 coupon used). They refunded my old order due to their failure in delivery. Then asked me to buy again to arrange re-delivery at price a$1204. Seller advised me to do price difference claim in Samsung website but it was rejected. Then Seller further said I should go to eBay and ask for my coupon back. Eventually much time wasted, and price went up, didn't get the refrigerator at all. I should have trusted other negative comments on this seller.
