Read this page before you purchase any items

Import Duties and Taxes

  • You may be subject to import duties, taxes and VAT, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Additional charges of tax and import duties are calculated according to the item price and shipping fee which are written on the custom declaration form.
  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Please check with your country’s customs office and post office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
  • These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Shipping

  • We usually use EMS. If you prefer another shipping service, contact us prior to bidding/buying.
  • Using registered airmail or registered SAL, the compensation for damage or loss is up to 6000 Japanese Yen. (See ’Troubles in transit’)
  • When you purchase multiple items, they may be combined for shipping.
  • We will ship to your address which is registered on your ebay account. If you would like to receive the item at another address, let us know before your purchase. In the case you tell us later, we may not cope with you.

  • Once your parcel enter your country, be sure to receive your item by your responsibility. Contact the customs or post office / delivery company of your country to receive your parcel without fail.
  • If it returns to Japan because you have not received it,
  • In some countries (especially in France), you will not be informed that there is a parcel to you if you are absent in delivery. Take care of it.
  • If the parcel returns to us, pay for reshipping. (See ’Troubles in transit’)
  • If EMS is unavailable in your address region, we change the shipping service or cancel your order.
  • We will not ship to APO/FPO because there often occurs the troubles in transit.
  • Certain books on entertainment and amusement and religious subjects as well as certain DVDs and videos produced in Japan cannot be shipped to some countries due to customs restrictions. Items of this nature may be canceled from your order

Troubles in transit

    Damage
  • If you received the item damaged in transit, contact both the local post office and us as soon as possible.
  • Keep the damaged parcel in the original condition when you received and make a statement regarding the damaged item in the local Post Office.
  • We make a compensation claim for you.
  • It may take up to 2 months to receive compensation money.
  • After we receive the compensation money from the post office, we will pay it to you within 5 days.
  • We cannot pay beyond the compensation which we receive from post office.
  • As for registered airmail or registered SAL, the compensation is up to 6000 JPY.

    Loss
  • If your parcel possibly gets lost in transit, we will ask a parcel inquiry to the post office.
  • It may take up to 2 months to receive compensation money.
  • After we receive the compensation money from the post office, we will pay it to you within 5 days.
  • We cannot pay beyond the compensation which we receive from post office.
  • As for registered airmail or registered SAL, the compensation is up to 6000 JPY.

    Return
  • When the parcel returns to us after it enters your country once,we will bill you for reshipping postage.
  • Pay for reshipment within 3 days after we bill you.
  • If you don’t pay for reshipment, your parcel will be disposed by the post office after a certain days.
  • We will not refund you.
  • Delay
  • In some countries, it takes long time to pass the customs.
  • It may take longer than the shipping duration written in the item descriptions. It is only an estimate.

Return

    For personal reason
  • Contact us within 14 days after receiving the item. If you return item without contacting us, we cannot issue any refund.
  • We can only refund, but not exchange.
  • After we agree to return the item, ship it out within 5 days.
  • Return the item with tracking number and let us know the number.
  • The buyer needs to pay for return shipping charge.
  • The returned item must meet the item condition policy for returns. (http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/return-item-condition.html)
  • After we inspect the returned item to be sure it meets the item condition policy for returns, we will issue a refund within 5 business days.
  • Total refund = Total purchase price - actual original shipping cost - Restocking fee (10% of item price)

  • Total refund = Total purchase price + Shipping cost for return

Troubles in items

  • If there are troubles in the item which you received, such as initial defects, damage in transit, item which is not as described, incorrect item, let us know immediately. If you contact us after our accepted returns period, which is 14 days starting from the date you receive the item, we may not deal with it.
  • If it seems to have been damaged in transport, contact your post office immediately. Ref. Troubles in transport
  • Be sure to contact us before you open the case in the Resolution Center or you leave feedback if the item is not as described or the item is not correct.

  • We take care of inventory control. Items are sold at our store. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, we will refund promptly.

  • We often receive inquiries from buyers about finding different items or obtaining similar items of those that we offer. We are open to such requests, and will be happy to assist you find what you want!
  • Please be forewarned, however, that we do not accept cancellation or refund of already purchased items / successful bids.

Troubles in bidding/buying

  • Sometimes an item may be unable to be purchased even if you push ‘Buy It Now’. Please ask ebay and let us know. We will help to solve the problem.

Openning the Case

  • We always sincerely respond to your troubles and complaints immediately. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any.
  • Please open the case only just before 45 days from your purchase. You need not to open the case if we solve the problem within 45 days of buyer protection.

  • We always sincerely respond to your troubles and complaints immediately. If you have any, let us know before you leave a feedback to us.

Best offer

  • Best offer option is for repeaters and a customer who buys multiple items at once.
  • We can accept offers from a new customer, but once you win the item, cancels or returns will not be accepted.
  • Once your offer is accepted, please make a payment within a day. If you don't pay, we will cancel the transaction.
