Delivery and Returns

FREE POSTAGE within Australia.


We currently don’t ship to New Zealand or internationally. Sorry, we do not ship to PO Boxes as a signature is required.

Delivery times are dependent on your location but are typically 2-4 working days within Australia.

As we deliver by Australian Air Express, a signature is required on receipt. Therefore, we recommend you provide an address where you will be located during office hours. If you provide a work address, please include full details including business and receivers name. Should there be nobody available to sign for your delivery; a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office.

All prices are in Australian dollars.

Returns

We are only able to accept returns for products that are full priced and purchased from the SeafollyOfficial eBay Store.

We do not accept returns on CLEARANCE items unless the item is faulty.

You may return FULL PRICED new, unworn or unused products within 31 days of delivery and seek an exchange or a full refund of the cost of the goods.

We will inspect all products that are returned to us. Products will only be accepted by our returns department if the item was full priced, tags are still attached, the hygiene slip (where relevant) is still in place and it is in a resalable condition. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of faulty goods or our error.

Full priced items will come with a returns form which is to be filled in and included with any products you wish to return. Please mail all returns to the following address.

It is recommended that you request a tracking number and delivery confirmation from your postage provider to ensure the proper delivery of your return. We cannot issue refunds for lost and unconfirmed return deliveries.

We reserve the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Seafolly.

Exchanges

We are more than happy to exchange for another size, colour or item, subject to availability on full priced items. We do not accept exchanges on CLEARANCE items.

Should the full priced item you wish to exchange be of the same value as the original item, please mail back the unwanted item and we will post out an exchange free of charge.

Should you wish to exchange a full priced item for an item of a different value, please place a new order for the new item and return the original to us for a refund. Any refund will be made back to the Paypal account used for the initial transaction. The customer must absorb any Paypal fees related to an exchange transaction./strong>
