FREE POSTAGE within Australia.

1. Can I make a bid for an item?
Not currently, however we have a selection of items available on Buy It Now.

2. Can I order more than one of the same item?
Yes, you can order multiple items. We will endeavour to ship multiple items from the same buyer in the one package however goods may arrive separately.

3. Do you have the item in a different size/colour?

4. What size will I require?
All products have a size guide for you to choose the size that best fits you. You can also view our Size Guides page.

5. Can I change my order once I have placed it?
If you want to change an order after it has been placed, please contact us with your order details and we will try to help.

6. Can I cancel my order?
When we receive payment, we despatch orders as quickly as possible, so it can sometimes be difficult to cancel. Please contact us and we will try to help, and also see our Returns Policy.

7. Can I change my address?

Delivery

1. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to Australia only. Sorry, no PO Boxes.

2. How much is delivery?
Free within Australia.

3. How long will my delivery take?
We aim to have orders with you 2-4 working days within Australia.

4. What courier do you use?
Australian Air Express (AAE).

5. Is my parcel trackable?
Yes, we will supply you with a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

6. What will happen if I am out when my parcel arrives?
Where delivery is not possible, the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office sorting office and you will receive a notification of attempted delivery card.

7. Are you prices fixed or negotiable?
All prices are fixed and are the recommended retail price.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Do you accept returns?
We do NOT accept returns on CLEARANCE items unless the item is faulty. We do accept returns on full priced items if they are unworn or unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods. Items should be returned in their original packaging and where relevant, with their original hygiene slips in place. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Returned orders will be refunded in full. Please see our Delivery and Returns page for full details.

2. My item was damaged/faulty when I received it, what do I do?
Please return the item back to us, explaining the problem, so that we can inspect it. If we cannot offer a replacement we will refund you in full, including your return postage.

3. Do you offer exchanges?
We will replace any products that are faulty or where we made a mistake. We do offer exchanges for size or colour or style, see our Delivery and Returns page for full details.

4. My item has become faulty over a period of time, what do I do?
Please return the item back to us, explaining the problem. We will inspect the products and if found to be faulty we can offer a refund or a replacement (or a similar product if you agree).

5. I have received the wrong item, what do I do?
Please return the item back to us, explaining that you have received the incorrect item. Once received, we will send the correct item to you.

6. How are refunds processed?
All refunds will be credited to your Paypal account that was used to place the order and make the payment. We are unable to credit any other Paypal or bank account.

7. When will I receive my refund?
We aim to process all returns within 5 working days.
