We offer Free Shipping to be shipped within Australia. All our parcels are sent to you by Australia Post. We do not offer pick-up facilities or customer organised courier.   Express post service is available, will be charge an extra fee.

* Important Note for International Buyer:

We will provide you with an estimated date (approximately 10-15 working days) for delivery of all parcels. However the delivery time may vary due to public holidays, countries, and customs etc. some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take to clear customs.

You are responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed during the importation into your country. In order to comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all product ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a gift even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. ***International shipping charges are non-refundable. it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.

We would love to ship our products all over the world! At this stage there are a few restrictions holding us back but we will endeavour to provide the service as soon as possible.


You or the recipient of an order may return an item that has been purchased from the website because you have changed your mind or are unhappy with the purchase.

We will gladly refund unworn items returned with a proof of purchase within 30 days from the original shipped date. All returned products must be, Unworn, Unused and in original condition with all manufacturers' packaging.

It can take up to 10 working days from the received date to process the refund. All refund will be credited to the account of purchase.Customer will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charges. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.

For exchange: Place a new online order online and post back your original product to Shoe Box Online for refund, refund is subject to the above terms and conditions. The original product that you wish to exchange can be returned in person at your nearest Shoe Box store for exchange or store credit voucher. 

Faulty Merchandise: Shoe Box will accept returns on all goods with a proof of purchase, where; The product is proven to be faulty or not of merchantable quality; The product is wrongly described; The product is different from a sample shown to you. Shoe Box reserves the right to assess the age and condition of the returned goods prior to offering an exchange or refund. This may result in an exchange or refund being refused.

No refund on insurance, gift wrapping, and other fees. Products that were purchased in conjunction with a promotion and were subsequently delivered with a Free gift, must be returned with that Free Gift to received a full refund for the original item purchased. If the original item is returned without the Free Gift, the value of gift will be charged to the purchase via the original payment method.
